The 96th Annual Meeting of the North Pacific Surgical Association will be held at the historic Benson Hotel in downtown Portland on November 13 and 14, 2009.

Registration to attend the meeting should be sent in by October 31.

** Cancellation Policy **

No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after November 2, 2009. A $35 admin fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to November 2, 2009. All refunds will be mailed after the conference.
